This prestigious project is a contemporary larch clad steel frame extension, and internal renovation to a Grade 1 listed building.

The stunning glazed link above the bespoke kitchen integrates the existing structure to the new, achieved with seamless flooring, by highly skilled steel and concrete installations.

The bespoke Earl Stone chimney was built with hand dressed blocks to millimetre precision in order to accommodate the glass panels which form the elevation.

​

Internally, the property was fully re-wired. A new heating system, installed using methods sympathetic to the Grade 1 listed status, incorporates state of the art bathrooms.
